Later we would visit the near by Frontier Pies Restaurant and Bakery in search of my favorite travel sustenance.   With great enthusiasm I surveyed the menu that boasted 28 different kinds of delicious sounding pies.  I difficultly narrowed my choice down to one of my favorites, strawberry rhubarb, and Anna  selected my second choice, something new for us, Jumbleberry.  Neither the lackluster food nor the just average pies warranted my earlier enthusiasms.   All pie is not created equal.  Oh well...that's why I ride, to boldly discover where the best pie can be had.  Not all pie makes the grade and this is one place that left me disappointed.
